We keep this short and plain. This explains what we collect when you use Internal Automation, why, and the choices you have. Last updated January 2026.

Who we are

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:

  • Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us, we collect your name, work email, optional company name, and anything you write in the notes (for example, the workflow you want to automate) and your chosen date and time.
  • Usage data. Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (such as page views and general device or region information) so we can understand what is useful. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

  • To schedule and prepare for the call you requested.
  • To reply to your questions and follow up about your project.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use your booking details for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that service:

  • Resend — to deliver booking confirmation and notification emails.
  • Vercel — to host the website and provide aggregate analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law. If the business is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@internalautomation.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit who can access it.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
