We multiply the number of people doing repetitive work by the hours each spends weekly and the share that is realistically automatable to get hours reclaimed. Multiplying by your loaded hourly cost gives the labor recovered per year. Break-even is the engagement size divided by the monthly savings.
What does 'automatable share' mean?
