Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Internal Automation website. Engagements are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you. Last updated January 2026.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Internal Automation ("we", "us").
What this website is
This site describes our AI automation services and lets you book an introductory call. The content is for general information. Service descriptions, timelines, and example figures are illustrative and do not constitute an offer, a quote, or a promise of any particular result.
Booking a call
Booking a call is a request to talk, not a contract for services. We will confirm by email. Any actual work begins only after we both sign a written agreement that defines scope, price, and timeline.
No guarantee of specific results
Any numbers on this site (such as hours saved, time to launch, or percentage improvements) are examples and typical ranges, not guarantees. Results depend on your operations, data, and tools, and will vary. We will give you an honest, specific estimate for your situation during the call.
Ownership of what we build
When you engage us to build an automation, your written agreement governs ownership. Our intent, and our standard practice, is that you own the resulting workflow, integrations, and credentials. The specifics are set out in that agreement.
Website content and intellectual property
The text, design, code, and data on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse substantial portions of the site without our permission.
Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party providers (for example, email and hosting) and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date above updated.
