How does AI data entry handle errors and ambiguous information?

When confidence is lower, the data is flagged for human review with the AI's best interpretation highlighted for quick confirmation or correction. Yes, our AI includes advanced handwriting recognition capabilities that can process most handwritten documents with good accuracy. Neat handwriting is recognized with 90-95% accuracy, while less legible writing may have lower accuracy and will be flagged for human review. The AI is particularly effective with structured handwritten forms where the expected data types (names, dates, numbers) are known in advance. We recommend a pilot test with sample documents from your business to establish expected accuracy levels.
