A data room that reads back. Maiora Technologies gated investor data room.
Maiora Technologies, a Singapore deep-tech energy company raising pre-launch, got a public brand presence and a gated investor data room with passwordless entry and per-investor document analytics.
Client background
Maiora Technologies is a deep-tech energy company headquartered in Singapore, pre-launch and raising, with technology it cannot describe in public and investors it needs to move.
Business challenge
A company in that position has to solve two opposite problems in the same week. The public face has to be compelling while revealing almost nothing, and the private room has to be open enough that investors actually read the material.
Standard data rooms fail the second half. They hand out a shared password and a zip of PDFs, at which point the documents leave the building and the company loses any idea of who read what, or whether the silence after a meeting means disinterest or an unopened deck.
Delivering the solution
The public site is deliberately restrained: a midnight palette, custom typography, the thesis, and careers across three disciplines. It says what the company is for without saying how it works.
The data room behind it uses email magic links with per-investor access keys, so there are no passwords to leak and no shared login circulating in a group chat.
Documents render server-side inside the room with generated page thumbnails, which means the deck is read where it lives rather than downloaded and forwarded. That single decision is what makes the analytics possible.
Every login and every document view is timestamped against a named investor, so the founders open one screen and know who has actually read the material and who has been sitting on it. A fifteen-shot storyboard for the launch film is ready for the day the company goes public.

Maiora Technologies Launches Brand Presence and Investor Data Room With Per-Investor Analytics
The Singapore deep-tech energy company uses passwordless investor access and timestamps every document view. Built by Internal Automation.
KAILUA-KONA, HI · October 16, 2026 · Maiora Technologies, a deep-tech energy company headquartered in Singapore, has launched a public brand presence and a gated investor data room, both built by Internal Automation.
Investors access the data room through email magic links issued with per-investor access keys, removing shared passwords from the process. Documents are rendered server-side within the room, with generated page thumbnails, so materials are read in place rather than distributed as files.
Every login and every document view is timestamped and attributed to an individual investor, giving the company a complete record of which materials have been reviewed and by whom.
The public site presents the company's thesis and open roles across three disciplines. A fifteen-shot storyboard for a launch film has been prepared for the company's public launch.
Maiora Technologies owns both systems, including the access controls and the viewing records.
