It is a paid stage, at a price you see before you commit, and it is deliberately separate from the build. If the roadmap says the work is not worth doing, you keep the roadmap and we part ways. That happens, and we would rather it happen on day one than six months in.

KAILUA-KONA, HI · June 18, 2026 · Internal Automation today formalized the Fusion Workshop, a fixed-price discovery engagement that precedes any build work. The session brings client operators and Internal Automation engineers into a single working day and ends with a ranked deployment roadmap and a firm quote for the first workflow.
The workshop is contracted separately from the build. Clients retain the roadmap and the quote regardless of whether they proceed, and the firm publishes the workshop price before the engagement begins.
The structure is intended to address a common failure mode in enterprise AI programs, in which pilot projects consume budget without reaching production.
