Wahine Charters.

A Kona ocean-tour brand's booking line is answered by a voice agent that holds a real conversation, checks live availability while the caller is still talking, and closes with a payment-ready link.

Tours are sold on the phone.

Visitors planning a manta-ray night snorkel or a fishing charter still call. Every missed ring is a booking that goes to whoever answers next, and every answered call used to mean a person searching calendars, quoting prices, and reading out a card number over the phone.

A receptionist made of software.

The voice agent

A conversational agent with a disciplined call flow: a warm open, activity and date discovery, party size, then one best option presented clearly instead of a list read aloud.

Live availability

While the caller talks, the system searches real calendars across seven activity types over the next two weeks, verifies live capacity against the party size, and prices the trip in real time.

The booking link

The call closes with a ready-to-pay link delivered to the caller. Payment happens on the booking platform, never spoken over the phone, so no card number ever touches the call.

The record of every call

Each call is verified, transcribed, summarized, and classified by outcome automatically, with the audio and transcript a click away.

The owner's dashboard

Calls today, bookings created, conversion rate, and average duration, computed live from the call record, plus a single switch that turns automated booking on or off.

How we built it.

The voice layer runs on a frontier conversational engine wired to one authenticated webhook with two verbs: search and book. Behind it, an availability engine routes each request to the right calendars, overfetches candidates, and verifies capacity before anything is offered, so the agent never promises a seat that is not there. Every inbound event is signature-verified, and the owner can read any call, word for word, minutes after it ends.

Results.

The booking line answers every time, day or night. A call moves from ring to a priced, capacity-checked, payment-ready link in one conversation, the owner reads conversion instead of guessing at it, and no customer ever recites a card number to a stranger again.
